It’s a Tex-Menu with a few savory departures, namely slow-roasted chicken wings glazed in mango-barbecue sauce dry-rubbed baby back ribs and a charbroiled Fuego Burger, with chipotle mayo, melted Mexican cheese, avocado and applewood bacon, accompanied by chili-spiced onion rings. There are also shrimp coxinha, salmon carpaccio, yakisoba and tilapia bites for appetizers, and Nutella rolls and ice cream cookie sandwiches for dessert. Ceviche, temaki, sashimi, nigiri and sushi are offered in a la carte or all-you-can-eat formats, with buffet prices broken down by age ranges. Kingdom, which takes over a former Tijuana Flats, will feature mostly Japanese cuisine with a splash of Brazilian, including caipisake cocktails (like caipirinhas, but with sake).
